the birds

I finally shot some pics of my birdie pins this morning. I enjoy working on these, especially since they can be done while watching the tele. I didn't take any shots of the backs, but each has a small piece of felt that covers the other gluing madness that holds it all together. Each measures approximately 1.25 inches (square), and is all hand stitched and pieced.

I made these to use up tshirt scraps from other projects, and also as a lower-cost item to sell at the craft shows. Now I just need to figure out how much to charge. What would you pay for one of these birdie pins?

Mel and I have both applied to the Think Spring Craft Show on Saturday, March 21 at the Royal Oak Farmers Market. And it looks like we've been accepted (we're just waiting to hear officially). So I really need to get it in gear and stop watching so much tele.
