handmade fruit

I've been trying to figure out how to post from my new shiny smart phone.  Turns out the app isn't all that smart...

Olivia turned 3 years old today!  Since her imagination is currently running wild, I decided to make her some felt fruit for her kitchen set.  I was inspired by the book Big Little Felt Universe by Jeanette Lim.  If you have any kind of attraction to needle work and felt, it's worth every penny.  I'm already planning my next project!
