For those who are curious about what I've been working on, here are a few pictures of items created for this past holiday season. This first set of pictures is of an awesome origami shape that, if folded correctly, can slide from the octagon shape (left) to "ninja" star shape (right). I turned these into ornaments using a small hole punch and a little ribbon. A great project to do while watching an incredibly boring movie your husband picked out (smile!).



Below are pictures of Liz's knitted purse. By far the best gift I made for Holiday 2006. It's made with a soy/wool yarn that was surprisingly easy to work with - and very soft. I even had enough yarn leftover to make her a matching scarf (no photo - bummer).

I am working on finishing a few major projects at the moment (between my horribly demanding classes). I hope to be able to complete most of them while I have a break in July & August. Hopefully it won't take me another five months to post again...
