Here are pics of the finished project. The first shows the detail, the second shows it framed (with a little bit of glare on the glass).
If you are in awe of my design talents right now, I must come clean. I got the pattern from a fellow blogger and crafter, SpriteStitch (click on her name to find the pattern for yourself). The pattern does not apply the colors - that's for you to decide. If you'd like to replicate my stitching, I used DMC floss in white for the lettering and #907 for the aliens.
If you decide to make your own, send me a pic and I'll post it on the blog.
