My mom's birthday is mid-February, and I needed a great handmade gift idea. I finally got my idea while suffering from insomnia - a portable knitting/crochet caddy. My mom sits in her tv room, knitting and crocheting in her spare time. I thought a caddy she could hang on her door would be great for organizing her supplies right near her favorite chair. And of course, she loved it - which is really the best gift of all.
